Remaining $300.00 Balance Due at Check-in.
Deposit refundable up to 72 hours prior to scheduled reservation.

PARTY POLICY:

3 Hour Party Maximum
You are welcome to check in up to 30 minutes prior to your reservation time to allow for decorating and setup. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely event preparation.
*Each additional guest, including parents, chaperones, children, or siblings aged 2 and above, not included in the birthday package must check in and pay the admission fee upon arrival.
You may decorate; NO confetti or Piñatas; do not use nails, screws, staples, etc. into wood structures and do not attach decorations to the overhead string lights.
You are responsible for efficient removal of decorations and trash, with all waste properly disposed of into designated bins.
All attendees agree to participate at their own risk and acknowledge that Clinton Sease Farm, LLC will not be held liable in the event of injury. Participation requires walking on & over uneven surfaces, so please wear appropriate shoes and dress accordingly.
